Nightshift Lane is a digital operations partner for Australian small businesses. We are not a web agency. We do not build a site and disappear. We run your website and the web services around it so you can stop thinking about them.
A lot of websites are built, handed over with a login, and then left alone. When something breaks, when the domain lapses, when your email lands in spam, when ChatGPT recommends a competitor, that is your problem.
We do not work that way. Nightshift Lane runs the web-facing side of your business: your website, hosting, domain, email, security and AI visibility. We are not an IT support company, so desktops, printers and office networks stay with whoever looks after them now. If it matters for your business being found and trusted online, it is our responsibility to manage.

The structure
Three monthly tiers, from keeping your site running to running your whole web presence. Watchtower monitoring sits below them at $13/mo for sites hosted elsewhere. Getting started is a separate one-off Setup step, agreed before work begins. Add-ons for email, Google Business and an AI receptionist on any tier.
We keep your site online, secure and looked after. Hosting, safe self-service editing, security, domain and DNS managed, monitoring and a monthly summary.
An enquiry assistant answers any hour, your business is described clearly for search and AI, and your monthly report now shows how visitors use your site.
Small changes to your site get made for you each month, plus a monthly review of what to fix next. One team across your website, domain and email, at one price.
